Thursday evening, October 22, the MultiTracks apps could not connect to our servers for about an hour, from 6:34 to 7:32 PM Central (4:34 to 5:32 PM Pacific, 7:34 to 8:32 PM Eastern). Sign-ins, setlist syncs, new downloads and ChartBuilder all failed during that window. Songs already downloaded to your device kept working in Playback.
The cause was a security certificate change. This week GoDaddy, one of the largest certificate providers, revoked more than 400,000 certificates across the internet, ours among them, and every affected site had to install a replacement on short notice. When we installed ours, our servers briefly stopped accepting connections. We fixed it within the hour and service has been normal since.
If something you changed in Planning Center that evening isn't showing in your setlist, open the setlist and refresh it. We know Thursday nights are rehearsal nights for many of you, and we're sorry for the disruption.
